90s Era Protective Steering Wheel Wrap

In 1990, I purchased a new ZR1 from Capitol Chevrolet that had a protective steering wheel wrap that was held in place with elastic. Fast forward to 2017, I purchased a non-prepped 90 ZR1 that had 44 original miles that had the same protective wrap. It is blue with a yellow decal.
Do any other owners of these Corvettes remember this wrap?

I admit that I am a sucker for a non prepped car. 1990 models have always been my favorite of that generation.
