    Does anyone have relitively long term experience using the Range deactivator plug in?

        As stated earlier, I installed mine soon after delivery at about 125 miles. It has not been removed in the 18 months I've owned it and I have had no issues that I am aware of. That said, I have only put about 6500 miles on it in that time. Truck is 5.3 with 6 speed auto. Chip.
