A few years back prior to PV for my 65 I had to replace my turn signal switch. The car get's use, not a ton, but every week or so its driven. On a recent trip my horn started to blow after making a turn. I pulled the horn cap and eventually unscrewed the horn contact. I ordered a new contact, retainer, spring and bushing and the matter was resolved for a couple of trips, but returned while parking the other day. This is a non-tele car. Thoughts on where to look? Horn Relay? Play in column grounding? Bad Turn Signal Switch?
