65 grille markings "D & L, can not find?

I have what I believe an original 1965 grille. I am reading the 65 judging guide and it explains that the manufacturers stamp of
D&L should be on the passengers side top? I can not find any markings on mine.
Was this stamp on all 65 grilles or am I looking in the wrong area? Can anyone show me a picture of the location?

Here you go Bill. Look hard to see it along the rear edge. This is the passenger side top. And when I have seen it on a 65 grille, it is stamped at least once more, perhaps 15" over. I've inspected many 65 grilles judging EXT, and I almost never see one with the stamp.

Don, picture attached, no DL, I believe this grille is original to my car, is the judging manual saying all cars should have this marking?

That's what the 'guide' implies, but we both know the guide doesn't know everything. I think my 65 has its original grille, and there is no stamp. And as I said, I've looked at dozens if not 100s, and seldom see one with the stamp. I don't believe they all had it, and I don't deduct if I don't see it. I should add that I've heard it can be on the sides of the grille too. I can't see there when the grille is installed. Did you happen to check there too, Bill?

ps, I have to say Bill, that grille is awfully pristine to be an origie piece. Must be a low miles, well kept 65?

Don, Thank you for responding, I have been looking all over, no DL, trying to get it polished up because I do not think it was ever replaced.

This is from my 396 with 32k miles, I am finishing the restoration up, never wrecked all original, that's why I questioned the D L markings, I am assuming they were not all stamped. It is a local car I know the history from day 1.

Bill is probably in the garage, working on his 396, so i'll show you what it says. Obviously it needs a touch of revision (we're working on that now).

My 65 built last week of Dec 64 has the D&L marking .
