Re: Mini Regional PV Meets-Scottsdale and Cedar Rapids
I haven’t been following such things, but I’m wondering if the time period for achieving Duntov has been extended due to Covid. I meant to do a PV and then Duntov last Spring/Summer, but this obviously wasn’t possible. Can I do PV this year at Cedar Rapids, as my ‘65 was last judged at the 2018 Michigan regional, so my normal three years expired last Summer?
Thanks,

Michael...it's all explained on the front page of the May/June 2020 Driveline...the bottom half of the page is from Dave Brigham and explains exactly how the prerequisites will be extended...the article continues on page 2 with more information...

Re: Mini Regional PV Meets-Scottsdale and Cedar Rapids
Mike,
I believe that 3-year clock starts ticking once your car is initially judged.
[Judging Reference manual, Section 7, subsection 2]
After MI in 2018, you'd have the first year (to 2019), second year (to 2020), then third year (to 2021).
So as far as I am aware, your 2018 judging in Michigan is valid through the 2021 National Convention anyway.
Anyone is welcome to correct me if that's erroneous.B.D.

I think Vinnie provided a link to David Brigham's message in The Restorer:
