1975 RADIATOR COOLANT WARNING decal anybody have one or photo ???

The current Judging Guide on page 78 both white and yellow correction page state that there is a decal on the fan shroud on 1975's RADIATOR COOLANT WARNING
Does anybody have a photo of one ?, nobody seems to be reproducing this for 1975- DOES THIS DECAL EVEN EXIST ????
My 75 is pretty darn original, all other decals and stickers are original and this is a low mile original car- No radiator coolant warning, has original recovery tank orange sticker but that is all.
I would really appreciate a little input here. Thanks Bob #967

Hi Bob,
We are currently in the process of revising the 75-77 TIM&JG. We haven't seen any fan shroud warning labels on the 75's. We have some nice original cars in the study group. There was however a warning label used on the shrouds for all '73 engines. The label was no longer used on the 74's and I think its safe to say no longer found on the 75's. This might just be one of those carryover items from the earlier 73-74 2nd edition manual at the time. We plan to update this in the revision. Here's an example of the '73 Warning Label. Hope this helps shed some light on your question.

Jimmy- THANK YOU I can't imagine the work that is going in to a new Judging Guide, this does look like something that should be corrected in the new JG Looks like there is NOT a RADIATOR COOLANT WARNING decal on 1975's on the radiator shroud-
there IS a COOLANT WARNING DECAL ON THE COOLANT RECOVERY TANK PART 339185 which is commonly reproduced-
originals are few and far between fire orange with black letters

While we are talking 75, we concluded after much study that the water shut-off valve offered up as only available in 74-75 with C60 is not correct. And in fact, we have just confirmed that the water shut-off valve was not included in 74 and only equipped with non A/C cars in 1975. This is the sort of thing that drives us nuts...trying to confirm something that never existed in thee first place. IN the rush to get first-time manuals out, many faulty assumptions are used to formulate a view...then we live with it for 20 years. Then, owners like your self, spend endless hours searching for something that had no factual basis.

So what is your configuration and does it have a water shut-off valve?

Tom Good to hear you, work on revising the Judging Guide has to be a monster of a project. Good news is that there are a number of 75 Convertibles that got put away with little or no mileage, so some very original cars exist- imagine how many 78 Pace cars are stored with under 100 miles. My 75 Convertible 4/1/75 build is a L82 automatic air car 20k mi and as you figured- it does NOT have the water shut off.
I am still in Tennessee for summer/fall so I can look at anything that may be of help to you on the 75, but this sunday I go back to Calif for the winter so let me know now on my 75, glad to help any way I can. I added a 2,000 mile 2013 Convertible 427 red/black to my garage this summer, and a 2020 Coupe they both are so vastly improved from the 75.

Does your 75 have the A85 shoulder harness? We could use photos of the seat belt label that will help confirm some details.
