    1972 Shroud Seals

I am seeking info on the location of the upper radiator/shroud foam seal. I have a 72 base 4-speed, no AC with the steel shroud.
I'd like to know if a foam seal goes where the radiator meets the core support (See A in photo), or where the shroud meets the radiator (See B in photo)? Or Both? I've used a photo sourced from Corvette Forum member Alan_71, as he has the best photos/examples I have seen. I have found that venders are selling an "Radiator Shroud Seal" that is 16" long. I assume it is intended to go on the shroud, but I see nothing for the core support. Any info is appreciated.

Brian, the arrows point to the seal placement. There are quite a few other ones too. the core support to radiator cross brace is a tight fit it will stay in place on its own. My 72 still has all the original seals at some point the adhesive did not hold any more so I re attached a few of them with black weatherstrip adhesive.
Alan’s 71 is a work of art.i know his car well.

If others don't reply I can take photos tomorrow of my 44000 mile LT-1 non-ac car with all original seals. Right now, my grandson is starting as center in a high school playoff game. And they are winning.

Gary, your LT-1 has a fiberglass shroud and therefore different seals.

Oops. I knew it had a fiberglass shroud but I didn't fully read the OPs post I guess. Glossed over that.

              Thanks Patrick,
I reference your 5-Star Bowtie car quite often. Mine is also quite original, I briefly considered having it judged as a Bowtie car or Bloomington Survivor, but have since decided to clean things up a bit, keeping it as original as possible.
