Interior Grab Handle Screws - Info Requested

Looking to find any/all detailed information on the differences between the 1965 and 1966 interior door pull (grab handle) screws.

According to the AIMs, the screw part numbers are:
1965 grab handle screw part number is: 456867
1966 grab handle screw part number is: 9423691

I haven't had any luck trying to find out any info (size, length, head type, finish, etc) on both these screws.

Can anybody help to identify and possible post pictures of them?

456867 10-24 x 1/2" HDR PT cad or zinc, sae 1010-1020 steel pan head cross recess machine screw

9423691 10-24 x 1-1/4" chromium-bright pan head cross recess tapping screw type T
