    C3 Dash Components Installation Order

Over the years, there have been many threads discussing the challenge to install reproduction components die to poor fit.

The interior on my 73 was in such bad condition, that it required the purchase of a complete new interior.

My question is should I start with the new center gauge console and work outward with the new dash pads, or install the two new outer dash pads and squeeze in the new gauge console, knowing its going to require messaging of each to make them fit.

I would appreciate any experiences, comments or suggestions

Re: C3 Dash Components Installation Order

Given the poor quality of reproduction dash pieces, I would have sourced used pieces loooong before I'd buy new, at least for the two main dash panels.

I would suggest starting with the two outer dash panels and upper panel first, as they all screw into each other. The center piece goes in last, of those 4 pieces at least.
