    NCM insurance

I just insured my 65,67 for $717 and my 2015 for $629 per year. The 2015 is limited to 6000 miles per year. All three were insured for less than i was paying for the 15. Glad they came to NY.

And if you ever have a claim they will take care of you! Question, why is the 15 limited to 6000 miles?

      Re: NCM insurance

First year i owned the 15 i put 10 K over the next 4 years i put less than 20K. So sam said they have a policy for 6 K if that was good ? i said yes and that was the policy i bought. My last classic car insurer had a policy that was 4 times NCM for the 15 so I was with a normal insurance company.

I have my 2019 insured with NCM, as I understand it , 6000 miles per year is the top mileage tier they allow, I tried to get more but can't. Most policies I have for the old ones are 1000 miles a year limit.

yes the other 2 are 1k per year and man i wish i had the time to put the miles on them. The only reason the 15 has so many miles is that it is a dam comfortable car for a couple of 60+ year olds.

I'm finalizing getting coverage on the old cars and adding the 2008 as well through NCM.

The quote on the old cars alone will save me $300 compared to Hagerty. I will effectively get the 2008 coverage for "free" compared to what I've been paying.

And I also found out that there are thresholds of the number you insure that give you even bigger discounts. I was thinking about dropping my '19 to get more miles from another company (turns out I didn't need them this year anyway due to the shutdown of all car things), but found out it was much, much cheaper to keep it in NCM as that one additional car put me into a larger discount package.

Thats what i have been telling the Queen. If we get more cars they are cheaper to insure. She has not bought that argument yet. Had to get rid of the 66 to get the 15.

I have the two 63's with NCM. The 06 is with State Farm for about $450.00 per year. I do drop the collision when I park it for the winter, so it goes to $28.00 per month.

NCM is $389 a year for the 08. If you "assume" splitting it 6 months driving and 6 months storage that's $393 a year as you do it now.
I'll swap just so I no longer have to call and turn it on and off.

I am glad my neighbors to the north can finally enjoy the services of the NCM, that I have for the last 6years. Adam and his team do a great job and we support the museum as well.

                            Sounds good.

My effective date was yesterday, so I have to remove it now from my other insurance company.
