Who has had a 65 clock restored recently and by whom? Phone number? Can you hook up a battery to see if it works?

Re: 65 Clock resto
John,
I bought the repo quartz clock a few years ago & am very happy with it (car won't be judged). It works when I hook up the battery, looks correct to the casual check, & keeps great time. It was not much more than a quartz conversion or stock rebuild and I still have the original if needed.
Good luck, Don H.- Top

Re: 65 Clock resto
The Clock Works - had a 64 clock restored a few months back - looks and functions perfectly. http://clockwks.com/Corvettex.html Call them, they will talk to you, answer your questions, explain what makes original movements go bad. They do original movements or quartz replacements. Nothing is cheap these days but not terribly expensive either. Quick turn around too. Good luck.Ed- Top

Re: 65 Clock resto
Just got mine back from Clocks by Roger, looks excellent, will be installing it this weekend. I've been doing business with him since the late 1970's, never received bad service.Regards,The Auto Instrument Specialists
