Would studs on 3826810 be the same? Made in 1965, I believe. Let me look.

On the manifold numbered above, the studs stick up 1 & 3/8".
The unthreaded area is 5/8", between the upper (fine threads) and the lower (what i believe to be "coarse" threads.

57-59 photo from ebay item. Looks longer than what I posted above. This manifold is said to be 3748947. Listed now. My guess is 3".

Tom, 63-65 studs are shorter. When I install them i let them stick up 1-8/32 to 1-9-/32.

Loren Our own Paul Mazut has the best repro '57-62 studs. The top of Pauls studs are 100% flat. Paul has a website.
You didn't ask this but RP used at least 4-5 different companies studs. Only one company had dimpled tops.
Now the 63-65 dimpled studs appear to be from one company which is not typical.
As far as how fat the '57-62 studs stick up I forgot

Used CRC Freeze Off to remove stuck studs from several '57 FI manifolds

Gary, removal of something that's not there is not a problem. John, e-mail sent to Paul for $ and shipping - probably time to buy 2 sets, so I'll have some on hand for the adapter I score in 2027. Also, "no dimple" is not news to those of us who've had one since 1972. Thanks to All. It's like being in my 30's again.......
