"Cars & Parts Corvette" magazine

I'm not sure this is the correct forum to post this but.....
I am looking for some articles written by Bob Stevens in the "Cars & Parts Corvette" magazine from the 1999 timeframe. At that time, Mr. Stevens was their "Resto, How To" article contributor. I started receiving this magazine in 2000 and noticed an article in an early 2000 issue which referenced that there were previous articles written on the same subject in the previous year (1999). This magazine was first issued in September, 1998......

NOTES:
1) This is not the magazine with the title of "Cars & Parts" but rather it is the magazine with the title of "Cars & Parts Corvette" - they are two different magazines......

2) I have searched the internet without success......

QUESTION:
Would anyone on this forum know where I can find any of the 6 issues of this magazine which are dated 1999 (Volume 2, Numbers 1 thru 6) or perhaps lead me in a different direction?

My issues don't go back that far either. What was the topic? Subjects seem to get recycled every few years in many publications.

Thanks for responding so quickly and I agree that these topics do get recycled.....

The Subject was entitled "Tri-Power Rebuild" and again, written by Bob Stevens. The Feb. 2000 issue (Volume 3, Number 1) was Part 6 of this series of articles and the previous 5 parts were in 2000. Mr. Stevens did an excellent job with the details in this Part 6 article and therefore I was looking for the previous 5 parts. I do have other information but none as detailed as he wrote in his Feb. article.
