    Old "Drivelines"

    Hello All,
I am finally cleaning out all my old Corvette related magazines and have every issue of the Driveline from July/August 1988 when I joined NCRS. Before they go to recycling, I am asking if anyone has an interest in them. Local pickup would be best since shipping would be expensive but let me know if anyone has any interest. I also have many issues of "Keeping Track of Vettes" and "Corvette Fever" dating back to 1987.

    Jeff,

FWIW, USPS Flat Rate boxes max weight is 70 lbs. Also, they can be mailed at periodical publication rate, which is less than regular post.

Good luck. When I moved, no one wanted my Drivelines. So they went to school paper donation dumpster.

      Jeff,

If you have any Keepin' Track from 1990-1991 with my articles in them, I would be interested.
I think I probably have the Drivelines, as a friend "gave" me all of his when he moved; i.e. dropped them off one day in my garage.

There is a very thin market for old Corvette magazines. I just checked ebay this week and see somebody paid almost 400 dollars for every issue of Vette Vues, other than that, not much is selling but many sellers seem to think their magazines are worth their weight in gold. One person is selling Vette Vues single issues for about 23 dollars and 7 bucks shipping. Where is 'local' for you? I could use 1988-1990 though I'm not sure I want to accumulate any more magazines.
As for Corvette Restorer, there is more interest in those.

I am in the Detroit area. I really don't have any interest in trying to sell these. I just thought if someone could use them I would give them away.

Patrick, I have most of the issues from 1987 through 1991. I can pull all the 90-91 I have and give them to you the next time I see you at a Chapter meeting.

You can give me all the 87-91 and I can do it if you wish.
              See my other email.
