I still have a few 63-65 and 66-67 Original Trico wiper arms in collection. Most all of them are stamped on the bottom cover plates as follows: "PATENTS 2511129, 2564819", "2804639, CAN. 1948", "MADE IN U.S.A., and "TRICO".
However, I have one 66-67 Corvette (passenger side) "dull" wiper arm (see photo) that is stamped as follows: "ONE OR MORE PATENTS", "2564819, 3378874", "MADE IN U.S.A.", and "TRICO". It also has 4 notches. Is this an original late 1967 Corvette wiper arm or is it a service replacement.
I also have a matched set of service replacement 67 Corvette Trico wiper arms (GM # 3915861 & 3915862) purchased from my local Chevrolet dealer back in the 1980's which have different stampings on them.
