Hi...who is a good source for 57-60 rebuilt or new carbs. carter and or wc and also Distributors. New Mexico area. Thanks.
Chicago Corvettes is one source, I wouldn't buy much else from them, but I've had very good luck with their carbs...the carbs are done separately from the rest of their business and maybe that makes the difference....
All I'll say is that I bought my dual quad WCFB 270 hp clones from them, stuck them on the car and ran them for 3 years then sold them to a friend and he's run them for 3 years, neither of us ever touched anything but the idle speed screws...pics attached.
There aren't many great sources for these now - I've seen some eBay units that were cobbled together embarrassments...
Brad, Try custom rebuild carbs a call. they are in NJ. I heard they did the carbs for Chicago. their number is 732-356-4333, their web page is www.customrebuildcarbs.com

bob kunz is still doing carbs. spoke with him the other day. he's been able to correct carbs i gave up on repairing myself. never been dissatisfied. mike
I think the problem is the OP doesn't even have cores and I don't know if Bob K has any around - but he might...
And yes, Bob is "the man" for the WCFBs...
