I have never seen a Vol. 1 #4. I have a Vol 7 #4 in my collection, but have never seen 7:1, 7:2, 7:3.
By the way, some of my early ones are ink stamped Harrah's Auto Museum.

There was no V1 N4. Only V1 N 1,2,3.

Last issue was V7 N4.

There were V7 N 1,2,3 also.
