The CC after that part number is "PART of the part number" if you have looked at any number of pulleys from GM vehicles, they have two digit letter codes.
HOWERVER>>>> the repro part has a different font, different font size, whacked in super deep, and WAY different spacing as compared to originals.
Second - I have seen several originals with the spacer so if your pulleys are not in alignment, this was very common (in the factory) back then to use the spacer and it may be slightly thinner than the repro.
Third, ya show me the spin machine they spin these up on. At what cost did they buy and set up a machine to do this test and pay an employee to certify them???
OK its "sales spin hype", think about it...if the quality is so bad the supplier cannot be certified to make OEM parts, it is so bad they have established they shipped poor quality to the reseller that they need to check every one? The what do you expect to get? Please, I've been in the "OEM-vehicles are made from parts" for more than 40 years and the manufacturing quality standards have been in place for a very long time, I suggest there is a good reason the OEM parts are 3x the price, and a little surprised Goat Hill hasn't stepped up to help here.

Alan - the pic of the pulley in the first thread is a Corvette Central repro - in addition to a p/n the letters "CC" are stamped into the pulley immediately after the p/n. The pulley I removed from my car - the one that is for a 250 -300 hp engine has a p/n stamped into it but it is right on the area where the fan clutch bolts to it - so when all is assembled you can't see the pulley p/n. Wondering if you have ever had your pulley off to inspect for a p/n or are you just stating that there is no visible p/n when all assembled.

Wayne,
Looks similar to mine, same two piece design however mine shows no evidence of any weld, wedged, clamp, . . marks on outer surface. Remember different vendors.
I get about a 7" diameter, but it's in the car so can not make a perfect measurement, but looks good.
Depth of front V belt grove is 3/4" (again on car so a little hard to be precise)

Reason: add depth
Ronald,
I get your comments - I also understand that the CC product is a repro - it is not going to be identical to the original GM item - they seldom are, that is the nature of our hobby. I can only tell you what the sales rep told me, the do spin test them. That said, I do value the comments of other NCRS members - "the CC repros work just fine - quality is good". For $200 + difference in the price I am inclined to go with the CC repro.
Ron -- if, by depth, you're referring to distance from water pump shaft to aft-most rim of the inner edge, then I get 2_7/8". If you mean belt groove depths, I get ~11/16".
