Re: Pulled my C2 wiper motor and...
I don't know your exact method for removing the motor but thought I would add that by removing the glove box door you get pretty good access to most of the bolts. There is one on the drivers side of the motor that is especially difficult.- Top

Re: Pulled my C2 wiper motor and...
Had to pull one out a couple of months ago after being restored, turned out to be a weak spring, would not turn off. Yes it is a bitch with the glove box out, but the car has factory air, try that with extra cables and vent hoses.- Top

Getting it reinstalled is is only possible with assistance.
Someone to wiggle the motor while one starts the easy bolts on the passenger side.
My left arm looks like I fought with a cat and the cat won.
Unbolting the steering wheel from the hub was the only thing that make it possible for this old guy.
A 1/4 flexible socket with a foot long extension was the tool for tightening the driver side screws.
Can't imagine how difficult this job would have been with air.
Still working today and the washers also. I am bringing a screwdriver with me to shows.
