    1966 Starter build date

I want to order (from Corvette Central) a 'correct rebuilt starter' but I am unsure of a build date to select. My car was built in the middle of Jan of '66. What would be a good date range? Thanks in advance.

NCRS and other judging organizations allow a 6 month period prior to the car's build date. So, as far as date is concerned, you won't be penalized as long as the starter date falls within this range. As it usually was, though, the date would usually fall in the 1 to 2 month period prior to the car's build date.
