Should be a #67 bulb.................which is approx 4 cp. I bought about six awhile ago from Ebay. GE, Tung-Sol, or Westinghouse are all NOS/NORS vintage bulbs and are what you want. Search using the manufacturer and the bulb number in combination (i.e.. GE #67 lamp)
The old bulbs are actually called lamps on many of the the packages.

Dave:
Most of these bulbs are rather expensive. However, I have several boxes of Westinghouse #89 bulbs. These are dimensionally same as the #67, but have a candle powder of 6, instead of 4 for the #67. I can send you one of these for a couple bucks shipping. PM me if this will work.

Jeff,
Thanks for the offer but I took Larry's advice and went to EBay. I was able to get 4 GE #67's USA bulbs for $12 w/ free shipping. Now I have a lifetime supply. If someone needs one let me know and I'll send it along.
