Where are the Head light motor dates located?

I have been cleaning the Head light motors and gearboxes and have yet to find any dates?
I keep reading a bout dated motors must be there somewhere?
If it was inked on that would be gone.
The were on a 1963 if that makes a difference.
Although at this time I have not proof one way or the other if they are originals.

Refresh my memory - does the 63 have the white or black circular plastic connector housing ?

Frank 63's are black, 64 and up are white.
