Frigidaire A6 Compressor

Were the components of these compressors painted before assembly, or was the compressor painted as a unit after assembly? Specifically, I'm interested in knowing if the four nuts retaining the rear head to the case, and the relief valve are painted, natural, or zinc plated? Additionally, should the superheat switch show any paint?

I know this is minor stuff, but when overhauling I might as well get it right.

Mike the nuts were painted, I would think the switch was installed to, as you would not want paint in the area of the seal. All the hardware that holds the compressor to the brackets is Zinc plated.
