Thanks Gary. I will be ordering The Eastwood Compressor. It fits the bill for my needs.

Did you go with the single or three phase unit? I'm guessing single phase like I have? Let me know how works for you, what is the current lead time?

Good deal, hope it works out for you. Send some pictures when you get it to see if there are any changes to it. I run mine without the cover. Keeps it cooler and allows me to check it.

Gary. I just got my Scroll compressor going today. I have had it for 2 months, but between wiring issues and numerous other unrelated things that I had to do I finally heard how quiet the operation is. for me, I think that it will provide all of the air that I need. One thing that I was not prepared for is the length of time that air continues to come out of the pressure control after the motor shuts off. (About 10-15 seconds). I called the Eastwood Technical department and they said that was normal. I attached the latest photo from the Eastwood Website. I am terrible at uploading photos.

Yes the unloader bleeds down about 30 seconds on mine. Keep the oil at 1/2 the dipstick, if you fill it to the top of the line it will blow out oil. Did you get a cover with yours or did they eliminate it? Mine loads about 110 psi and unloads about 145 psi.

No. I did not get a cover and the website photo does not show a cover. I used one of the holes that I think was probably used for the cover to attach a brace to hold the regulator and filter bowel.
