Possible 1970 ZR1 found in Canada.

I need help to verify a 1970 ZR1 that I believe that I have found. I have a White LT1 packaged coupe with 7 rear leaf springs, Solid clamps on the rear axle instead of the U-bolt style clamps, with the Engine Code #V0616CTV. It has the heavy sway bars front and rear. It was purchased from Florida on Ebay as an LT1, but when the owner went to insure it, they wanted the value over $100,000.00 Canadian, so about $50,000.00 American because it was last insured as a ZR1 in Florida.
There are things that are wrong or changed to make me need help. It has been repainted, with an antenna for a radio that was never installed. The rad has been changed to a steel one. The holes for the Aluminum Rad mounting are still there. And the big problem is that there is a M21 installed. There are holes for a radio, with crappy wiring that may have been installed after the fact.
Any info or help is appreciated.

What brakes are on the car?
Didn't the ZR1 have the HD brakes like the L88's had?

Of course paper work would be the key.

Is the VIN correct on the Tranny? A CTV should be ZR1 only unless it has been monkeyed with. I assume the VIN on the pad is correct? You might look at the axle code and peek in the gas tank area for a tank sheet. good luck RDR
