Re: Guys need your prayers. Dom
Paul,
That helps. When your son died twice you die also. The prayer is working. I died for about 5 seconds when the surgeon came out and asked me to assemble the family. His words were "I regret to have to tell you this under these circumstances". I was gone and can say I stopped there and never herd another word. The next day and after the 2nd brain operation he came in the waiting room and I told him that he about sent 8 family members to the cardiac department.
The good news is that he opened his eyes and acknowledged his sister with a hand squeeze. Now they say no kidney removal and no need to operate on liver. It's been good news every day. They are measuring for the helmet to cover the place where the removed his skull so to me that means they are looking into future recovery.
The nurse took the arm restraint off his arm, the one that is on the side that the damaged side of the brain controls. She wanted to draw blood. That was a mistake because she couldn't hold his arm down. She kept saying "quit fighting". He is doing fine and I am looking forward to that beer and grandchildren.
We are so thankful for all the prayers and I have seen Christians come out of the closet and admit to praying. Doctors say he is not out of the woods but sure has cut down many trees.
Thank's I needed that today and am looking forward for more good things happening today.
