I would be interested in this as well, as some of the books I have seen (and some that I have purchased) really seem to deal mostly with later years, even though they will have 1953 or 1954 on the cover. I am assuming that it just took a bit for documentation to catch up with production on this car, and by the time it did, there were V8s and other more exciting things to document. Thoughts?

This site includes Chevy manuals from the teens to the early 60's, Service Bulletins and more. Some include detailed engine and electrical information which may help for the early 6 cylinder Corvettes.
Yes, that is the one I have, and it is pretty sparse on the first three years. I guess perhaps that is just another of the many joys of dealing with those first three years. :-)
