59 Hinge Spring

Does anyone know what type of rivet tool is required for reattaching hinge springs. Two of mine are cracked and I've ordered replacements. I'm just not sure what rivet tool is required for getting the rivet attached properly.

I've attached a picture of one that is cracked and have circled the rivets in question.
