Index for 1963-1964 6th Edition Judging Manual

To all 1963 and 1964 Owners,

I'm pretty sure that we have all struggled a bit to find the information we need in this judging manual It has an excellent Table of Contents, but I like an index where I can look up a particular item/topic.

I put this index together today and I hope it helps all of us getting our cars ready for judging. It is in excel format, so you can sort these topics anyway you wish. It's probably not 100% perfect, but it works.

I created a comprehensive table of content for the 1964 AIM about 8 months ago - I did it in Word. I have shared it with a few other members that are aware of it and I would have attached it to a post on this forum but because it is a Word document I can't attach it. What type of document did you attach to your post? I see a reference to an Index but there is no attached document.

Ah! I am able to attach a Word doc. but not a Word docx. Strange! I also attached a copy of the Table of Content in PDF format.

For any persons that are interested, please enjoy the attached comprehensive table of contents for the 1964 AIM.

Thanks. I had to do a small adjustment but look great now. The info fits on 9 pages rather than 15. I'm hoping this index will help me utilize the Judging Manual more than I have been able to so far. I used Word 365 to open the file and that may have been the problem. Hugh

Hugh - When I initially posted the Judging Guide index I did not realize that when I converted the document from the latest Word application (docx.) to an older version (doc.) all the formatting got messed up. I have since fixed that in the doc. version & I also created an identical version in PDF. The two documents that are attached to my previous post have the formatting corrected - they probably look like yours. Hope you find the index useful.

I've attached xls files by changing the file type to doc. Make sure you say to change the file type back to xls so the file can be opening after the user downloads it.
