Is this a real '59 Broadcast Sheet?

Hi,
Over on another Corvette forum, a non NCRS member (he can't post here) says he found a body broadcast sheet for his '59 in the seat of his '59, it apparently shows the last six numbers of his VIN.
I always understood that no such document was ever found in a C1?

I would suspect that there would be more feedback if the photo was somewhat legible. Other than "Body Broadcast Copy" I can't see anything, and I suspect that is true of most.

Any chance of a far higher quality photo or scan?
