Was wondering if anyone knows the correct rubber fuel line from the main frame steel line to the fuel pump? Are they preformed ? etc Thanks!

I think that by "preformed" you're referring to a MOLDED hose. I don't know if a molded hose was originally used for 1968-69 with L-71. However, what I do know is that no such hose was ever available from GM in SERVICE. In addition, I know of no reproduction of such a hose. So, whether it was originally used, or not, it's pretty much an academic point now.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Valerie, If you eventually replace that fuel hose, best to choose fuel-evap-pcv SAE 30R7 hose. It's rated for 50psi and is ethanol resistant. If they cut you a length from a spool just verify it before they do as the length they cut you may not have the SAE rating on it if it's a short piece.
You can use SAE 30R9 but not necessary. SAE 30R9 is rated for today's high pressure fuel injection systems.
