    C2 Head light opening.

Would someone be able to measure the shape of the corners of the headlight door opening for me? If you could tell me what diameter of drill bit matches the shape it would be helpful.

    Thank you,

    Randy

A photo of an original headlight opening. I'll measure later if you need it....

Here's a pic of my headlight opening and my estimate would be a 3/16 radius...image.jpg

I measured my corner openings using a drill bit. As far as I could tell it appears that a 1/2" drill bit is very close which works out to a 1/4"radius.

In my pics and observations they varied with in a 1/4"....

Randy, I don't think a drill bit would be a good idea, I would just carefully take a small round file or maybe a Dremel tool to get the desired fit. Steve or Enzo's fit are perfect.

I'm not suggesting to use a drill bit to make the cut. I used it as a guide to determine a dimension.

Steve, Sorry I was not trying to imply anything , I was just thinking that randy might be thinking of the drill bit as a tool to get the angles.

I find a 1/2" drill bit is usually right on.
