C3 Wiper Motor Cover Part ID Help Needed

I have what I believe to be an unused C3 wiper motor cover. The part's Delco package shows it to be #22020059. Can anyone help ID its application? Thanks, Craig

It's applicable to many GM cars with pulse (intermittent) wiper motors. Among the many are 1982-83 Camaro with pulse wiper motors (RPO CD4) and, most likely, any other GM cars of the period with CD4. There were no Corvette applications.
