    Are fuel pumps rebuildable?

My original 69 fuel pump started to leak. It appears to be where the outlet fitting attaches to the bottom. Does anyone rebuild these or should I look for a nos one?

There are some folks that rebuild these crimped-type pumps. Paul Baker at Goat Hill Classics in Long Beach, CA is one. However, I do not recommend using rebuilt pumps of this type. They might be OK for a car that is primarily a show car but for a driven car, a new pump is the way to go.
