62 Vette Tire Brand

I am restoring my "62 Fuelie that I purchased in 1964. What Tire Brand would you recommend for '62. Looks like the P205/75R15 is the size that fits and runs well.
My research to date is telling me to stay away from Coker and Cooper tires. They have problems!!
So what manufactures brand have you all had success with.

I really like the Michelins I bought from Diamondback for my 61. Great handling (for a 61) and a smooth ride. I put 215-70-15 on mine. A good friend ordered at the same time for his 62. He went with 205-70-15. He really likes his also.

Are you looking for Judging correct tires or radials to run everyday?

Every day Radials for highway use.

+1 for Michelins from Diamond Back...either 205/75R15 or 215/70R15. The 215/70 gives you bit larger "footprint".
