Re: Lone Star Regional about to start
A big thanks to everyone who came out for the Lone Star Regional. We managed to get most of the cars in before the rains came and we got all of them out while it was dry. A couple of PVs were driven in the rain but overall it went great. Eight of the ten PVs passed! Just another big thank you to everyone who attended and especially the folks who put it on.- Top

You are just being kind because they let you into and out of Texas again! It was great to see you and thanks for the kind words and for bringing that beautiful ZR1. We managed to sneak the cars in before the rains hit and sneak them out before the rains came back. The crew here does amazing work.

Mike, yet another meet and you and I still didn't get a chance to meet.....Darnit....Oh well, maybe the next one. Leif, thanks for posting the pictures. Was a FANTASTIC meet as always. The Texas Chapter, the King brothers and ALL their members put on a great meet. Smooth operations, no issues worthy of mentioning, great cars, great laughs, a member couldn't ask for more. I had a WONDERFUL time, and I had a great time judging Frank's exterior along with Tim's wonderful original blue car. The small blocks on Friday were equally nice. Howard's red convertible is also stunning. As a judge, I could NOT have asked for a better time. You can certainly expect me back there next year....Judging those great cars in a great venue just can't be beat.....ARA- Top

Re: Lone Star Regional about to start
Lief, I did not have a Corvette at the Lone Star Regional, just our Motorhome. Perhaps you saw the 1966 Nassau Blue roadster owned by Ken Traverse from Manitoba. Ken passed his Performance Verification test.
Congratulations to Ken and Sandy on the road to the Duntov Award.
