1st 427 Mystery Motor in 63 Corvette

The December 2015 issue of "Hot Rod Magazine" has an interesting article about how the first mystery 427's were installed in 1963 Z06 Corvettes and raced at Daytona. This was before they were used in 63 Impalas for the 63 Daytona 500.
One of the original engines were recently reunited with one of the original 63 Z06 Corvettes.

No. That is an older article. I just received the December 2015 "HOT ROD" issue last week. I think that is the same engine though in the newest article.

You got your Hot Rod Magazine last week. I just got mine today. It is a good thing we are not buying Corvette parts from it. You would have them all, and I would have none.
