    54 Generator Condenser

I'm hoping someone can share a photo or at least describe the printing on the end of an original condenser attached to the generator. Per the TIMJG the part number is 1911095 but I want to know if the words Delco Remy are marked on it or just the letters DR.

Also, what is the length of the condenser.

I've found a supplier but I want to confirm the part is correct.

Thanks in advance for any information.

    Eric

That was used all the way up through 62 at least. The reproductions are detectable in the color of the disk and in the contours of the bends. In the 61-62 judging they would probably at least be annotated as repro. I'd rather have something be an original part that's a tad less than pristine than a reproduction that is only close to correct.

Thanks, Chris. The car is very un-molested, having been in only two families for the entire time it has existed.
