63 frame repair

I have a 63 frame that I thought was junk, but after stripping it, I found that it has very little metal deterioration, even near the kick-up. The only issue is the front cross-member, which looks to have been hacked up to clear a big block, then welded back to its original shape - but very badly. Or it may have hit a curb or something, I don't know.

I'm thinking this is repairable, (maybe a new c'member?) but certainly not by me. This is the original frame, so I'm looking for a really good frame guy, one who knows C2s. Any help would be appreciated.

If you drive it 1 1/2 hours west there is a shop in Grand Rapids that does them.
