    69 L46 underbody finish details

    Folks,

I have been studying, reading and researching what/how the bottom of my 69 is finished off. Here is what I have to date:

Front wheel wells - undercoat fender top and rear, then blackout leaving some natural fiberglass showing (how the one unrepaired fender looked when cleaned up)

Rear wheel wells - undercoat sparingly on top fender and rear, then blackout with perhaps some natural fiberglass showing

    metal backing brackets:
    - rear seat belt brackets (6) cad plated with rivet heads unpainted
    - seat rear plates (4) black oxide coated with rivet heads unpainted
    - all other brackets, mounts etc. chassis semi gloss, rivet heads unpainted.

Engine compartment - blackout, rivet heads painted. What about wire/vacuum straps?

    Floor - natural fiberglass

transmission tunnel - my car looks like it had blackout on it. I found an " 4 Apr 69" stamp above the bell housing, overtop the blackout. does the blackout extend for the whole tunnel? sort of looks like mine does.

rear fenders (not wheel wells) - natural fiberglass, perhaps some overspray
around gas tank - natural fiberglass, perhaps some overspray

Battery and jack tray - blackout with perhaps some natural fiberglass showing towards the top/close to body

Anything that I am missing? Anything incorrect?

    Thanks for your help!!!!!

Arrrgh, I didn't think about the area BEHIND the clips. not sure I will do much about that though. Once loaded with hoses and wires, they won't be moved to peek behind, I think.

also, I failed to include in my list the green zinc phosphate on the portion of the bird cage that peeks out from body edges, above the frame rails.
