Yes, there definitely are differences. The basic frame of the support is the same but brackets and side plates are different.

The basic difference is the radiator mounting and opening. The BB has saddles for mounting. Both will fit the body.

See photos below - the small-block aluminum radiator has two pins at the bottom that mate with donut-shaped rubber isolators in two welded brackets at the bottom of the support, and the big-block brass radiator mounts in a pair of welded saddles at the bottom and another pair that's bolted at the top; the radiator opening is also different between the two supports.
