75 roadster with AC. blower switch

Ok. I'm jinxed! Got the car back together today. Going through and testing all the electrics.
For some reason my blower switch is working backward. When it's in the high position it's off. When it's in the off position it runs. Also it doesn't seem to have any umph in any setting.
    Suggestions????

Don't know. I will check. I don't even have that switch plugged in yet.
I have further investigated the blower switch.
I find that there is no off.
And every notch gets progressively higher. But then when it hits the high setting it goes to off. Or very slow.

Under the master cylinder or next to the wiper motor??
There is a large gauge orange wire that goes through a 30 amp in line fuse and exits as a red wire. It then goes to the relay.
            I've replaced both.
the lowest setting is always on if a mode is selected. I figured that out.
            maybe a ground issue?

Yep ground issue. Plus I needed to relearn how the system functions. ...
              Got it now.
