Try Maryjo Rohner (VetteGal) 858-451-1933. I know they used to sell the transmission that they rebuilt, so I know they have the capability, not sure if they sell it as a service.

Re: Wiper transmission on a '60
Yes I had the pleasure of talking to Tom not that long ago. He and Jay have a great process to repair them and Tom is a great guy to work with. They also have a necessary stock of parts as the internals of these can get quite nasty over time. I was able to salvage this set on a '60, just barely. Also, Tom and Jay have a process to repair the center main transmission hub and spool. The one below was cracked so I had to locate another.
Here's the example....

Re: Wiper transmission on a '60
Just an FYI for those DIY'ers. I recently rebuilt the transmissions from my 58. They both had very worn bushings. I was able to find a replacement bushing at McMaster Carr
McMaster-Carr is the complete source for your plant with over 595,000 products. 98% of products ordered ship from stock and deliver same or next day.

Re: Wiper transmission on a '60
Tom, Great info thanks for sharing that link. I'll have to get a few of them for future stock.
Mike, Yes I really thought I met my match on that set.The only way I could get the seized shaft out was to grind off the shaft peen at the serrated coupler end(where the wiper arm attaches). The shaft wouldn't come out the normal way by pushing on the spool end of the shaft. Then I had to use a propane torch to heat the collared-sleeve off of the shaft. Next time I'm going to try that "Freeze-Off" spray product Gary told us about. I've had good results with it. This pair was a real challenge but I was able to save them.
