54 generator check.
Where do you connect the volt meter at the generator to check the charging voltage? I have 6 volts at the battery. The amp gage never seems to move and I dont know for sure if its charging. I have a NOS regulator. and a strong battery. I herd it should put out a little over 7 volts. I want to check it at the generator. Thanks again.

Thanks Chris, sorry for the late response, been out of town. I did not do that and reading up on it I will before re-starting. I hope I didnt do any damage to the regulator.Comment
