70 with Trim 411, Blue interior HELP!
Help! Doing frame off on my 70, which is Mulsane Blue with blue interior Trim #411. Got seat covers from Al Knoch and they match the original soft pieces of the interior pretty nicely, but their carpet sample also matches pretty closely the Metallic Blue (what AK calls the trim color) soft trim; however, the original carpet is more medium blue and several shades darker than their sample. Can anyone tell me if the carpet for this trim should match closely the soft trim or was it darker? I do not see more than one blue trim offered in 70, but then in 71 I see a "dark blue" code #412, and no metallic blue. Is it possible, since my car is a late July car, it had 71 carpet color? My original color looks more like the 71 dark blue in the AK web.
