    gas tank filler neck seal

    my filler neck seal is torn and i want to replace it does the tank have to be pulled to change it or can it be changed from above?

      Bob,

      Just get a firm grip and yank it out! No problem! Just make sure you put the nipple and tube on the new one before you fish it down. Then there is a black tie that holds it to the bumper support rod.
