Any help on Zone 20 Dealer Code 0 ?

Just got my report..(wow thanks)a great find .
tells me my 1966 was shipped to the chevrolet zone office in Los Angeles CA,
not a pre-sold, or dealer showroom car,which now peaks my interest.
Now I have more questions than answers. Can anyone out there shed any light on G.M cars delivered to zone offices,
or how I may further my search ? Is there a way track this ?
